3dtreasury.com is a tiny shop run by an 8-year-old (Teddy) with help from his parents. We collect as little information as we can and use it only to make and ship your order. This page explains what that looks like in plain English.
What we collect
- Order information — when you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email, billing address, and shipping address. Stripe processes the payment and shares the shipping address and email with us so we can mail your treasure.
- Custom-commission requests — if you fill out the "Make Me One" form, we receive your name, email, your idea, and any details you provide (size, deadline, reference link).
- Cart data — your cart is stored in your browser's
localStorageonly. We don't see it until you check out. - Server logs — Cloudflare keeps short-lived logs of requests (IP, user-agent, time) for security and abuse prevention. We don't read these unless something looks wrong.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We don't run analytics. We don't have a Facebook pixel, Google tag, or any third-party trackers.
How we use it
- To make and ship the items you ordered.
- To reply to commission requests with a quote.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, or follow-up about your order.
- To keep records of sales for accounting (parents handle this).
We don't send marketing emails. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processor. Their privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Cloudflare — site host and email routing. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — sends transactional email (order confirmations, replies). Their privacy notice: aws.amazon.com/privacy
- USPS / shipping carriers — receives your shipping address to deliver the package.
That's everyone. No advertising networks, no data brokers.
How we protect it
- Payment card details never touch our servers — Stripe handles them directly.
- The site is served over HTTPS (TLS) end-to-end.
- Backend secrets are stored as encrypted Cloudflare environment variables.
- We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your information (we'll keep tax-required records).
- Stop emailing you.

Kids
We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you're a kid, please have a grown-up place the order. (We don't ask, but Stripe's checkout requires a billing address — most kids don't have one.)
Changes
If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Big changes will also be announced on the homepage.
