3dtreasury.com is a tiny shop run by Teddy (an 8-year-old) with help from his parents. By placing an order or submitting a commission request, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
3dtreasury.com is operated by Teddy's parents on his behalf. For any business correspondence — refunds, disputes, contact — write to teddy@3dtreasury.com.
What we sell
Hand-printed 3D objects. Each piece is printed to order on a desktop 3D printer (Bambu Lab H2S) using PLA filament. Because everything is hand-made:
- Small variations in color, layer lines, and finish are normal.
- Photos on the site are representative — your piece will look very similar but not identical.
- Items are intended as decorative collectibles, not as toys for very young children, food contact, or load-bearing use.
Orders & payment
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes (which Stripe will calculate at checkout).
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Until then, we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., pricing error, suspected fraud, item out of stock).
Shipping
- Stock items: we aim to ship within 3–5 business days of your order.
- Custom commissions: we aim to ship within 7–10 business days of you confirming the quote.
- We currently ship within the US and Canada.
- Once we hand the package to USPS (or another carrier), delivery time and risk of loss is on the carrier. We'll provide tracking when available.
Returns & refunds
Because every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's-remorse reasons. All sales are final unless one of these applies:
- Damaged in transit: if your package arrives broken, email teddy@3dtreasury.com within 7 days with a photo. We'll reprint or refund.
- Wrong item shipped: we'll send the correct one and pay return shipping for the wrong one.
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement after 14 days, email us — we'll work with the carrier and either reprint or refund.
We reserve the right to require photos or tracking evidence before issuing replacements or refunds.
Custom commissions
- Submitting a commission request is not a binding order. It becomes binding only when you accept the quote we send back.
- We may decline any commission for any reason (too complex, copyright concerns, time constraints).
- You agree not to request prints of designs you don't have the right to use — copyrighted characters, branded logos, etc. If you do and we accidentally fulfill it, you're responsible for the legal exposure, not us.
- Custom-printed items are not refundable except for the damaged/wrong/lost reasons above.
Intellectual property
The designs of the items in our standard catalog are made by Teddy and remain his. You're buying the physical object, not the design rights — so please don't reproduce, resell, or scan and re-print our designs.
Safety
3D-printed PLA items can have small parts and sharp edges. Not recommended for children under 3 due to choking risk. Adult supervision recommended for any small toy. Items are not food-safe and shouldn't be used for eating, drinking, or with hot food.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3dtreasury.com's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Existing orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
